Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification

Winners supports cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), digital wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, Apple Pay, Trustly), SEPA transfers and Bizum, plus four cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin). All deposits and withdrawals are commission-free.

Minimum deposit is 20 EUR on each method. Daily withdrawal limit is 8.500 EUR, counted for all requests approved on that day, regardless of the method chosen.

Winners accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT) and Litecoin. Cryptocurrency deposits are confirmed within minutes, and amounts are automatically converted to EUR at the current exchange rate. Blockchain network fees are covered by the player; Winners does not charge its own commission on crypto transactions.

Card and digital wallet deposits (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller) are processed instantly. Card withdrawals are returned in 2–5 business days, although the Bank's page also indicates up to 36 hours. SEPA transfers and Bizum take 1–3 business days for deposits, 3–5 business days for withdrawals.

All withdrawal requests are processed internally within a maximum of 36 hours from their verification. If the transaction does not appear on your account after this deadline, the details of timing depend on your bank or wallet provider.

Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and stems from MGA licence requirements. Winners asks for a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address from the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or tax document).

If you deposited by card, you must also send a clear photo of that card. Once documentation is approved, subsequent withdrawals are processed without needing to resubmit documents, provided your details have not changed.

If you don't know whether a particular method supports retro or SEPA Transfer, check with your bank whether the method is available in your country. Winners supports over 38 methods, but does not publish a full list.

Before your first withdrawal, make sure you have the required documents ready — a valid identity document and proof of address. If you deposited by card, a photo of the card will be helpful (you don't need to send all the digits, the first and last four are sufficient).

If processing times differ (e.g. card withdrawal: 2–5 days vs. up to 36 hours on site), the reason is the difference between Winners's internal processing (36 hours) and the time on your bank account. Once it leaves Winners, there's nothing you can do.
